I still remember being blown away by Genny’s presentation to my colleagues and myself. Not one powerpoint slide was shown and Genny spoke from the heart when explaining why she does this for a living. It was evident not only does she help others develop their sales skills, but she also implements it in her every day life.

But the proof is in the conversion. Since the training, our sales conversion has lifted from 25% before the Illumina training to 30% after the training and today it sits around 50% as we’ve continued to perfect the training provided to us.
