"I just wanted to send you some feedback on how our team is still using everything you taught us and how much it has helped us. Recently, one of the team got asked to speak at a conference in California that is a cross between a rock concert and a Ted Talk. It is a hugely popular event with about 3000 live attendees and thousands more livestreaming the event. Due to circumstances, he was only confirmed to speak three days prior to the event. Normally people asked to speak prepare their talks for months, so he was excited but understandably overwhelmed. I helped him with the structure of talk and we relied so much on what you taught us to pull it together in such a short time. He pulled it off brilliantly and has been told it was one of the most popular presentations, he’s also been asked back next year, which is a great honour. He was mobbed by people after the event and our sales were 20% up on the same month last year!! "
