1. REGISTRATION & CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your registration Form and payment.
If you are unable to complete the online registration form, or you wish to register and pay for more than one person at a time please contact the Illumina Office and a registration form will be sent to you.
Once you have paid, (either online or via an invoice), and completed a registration form confirmation details will then be sent to you.
2. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
It is the responsibility of the client/participant to inform the Illumina co-ordinator if there are any special dietary or medical requirements. All special requests are to be advised no later than five business days prior to the program date.
3. PAYMENT
Payment is due by 5pm the day prior to the commencement date of the program. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will be charged a late payment fee of 5% per month of the total fee payable until the Account is paid in full. Payment must be made in Australian Dollars.
All program fees include refreshments and a course journal.
4. CANCELLATIONS BY ILLUMINA
Should the program have less than 6 participants registered, Illumina reserves the right to cancel any program by notice in writing to the client up to 7 working days prior to the scheduled commencement date. If a program is cancelled by Illumina, all registration fees will be transferred to an equivalent program run by Illumina.
In the event that a suitable alternative date cannot be found, registration fees (if paid) will be refunded in full.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made up to fourteen days (14) prior to a program commencement date are refundable less the $75.00 registration fee.
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days will not be refunded, but the program fee may be credited toward attendance at another program, if rescheduled within 12 months of the original program date. Full fees will be charged if Illumina is not notified of cancellations within this stipulated timeframe. A substitution is permitted up to 5pm on the day prior to the date of course commencement.

6. TRANSFER POLICY
The client may transfer a booking to alternative dates within 12 months of the original program date, providing at least 2 working days notice is given to Illumina in writing. Only one transfer per booking is permitted, otherwise full fees are payable.

7. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment of the required registration amount together with registration form will confirm your booking. Payment can be made online with Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), OR To pay by Amex, EFT or cheque, please indicate on the registration form for an invoice to be sent to you.
