Fierce conversations has a strong theme of being present and understanding other people, their perspectives, values and their reality. The program has the potential to change the way staff interact through the use of conversation planning tools and aids provided. I have already had success in using these tools and found that by investing in planning the conversation, the group has clarity of the issue and improvements flow out of the conversation. In summary, “What gets talked about in an organisation and how it gets talked about, determines what will happen and what won’t happen”
